What if I forgot my PIN code?
If you don’t use Auto PIN or Proximity Unlock:
- Turn on your vehicle ignition (turn your key as far as you can without starting your engine).
- Start the iBlue Immobilizer app on your phone.
- When your phone asks for your vehicle’s PIN code, select the “Forgot your PIN code?” option.
- You need to scan your QR code found in your product package.
- Once the QR code is scanned successfully, you need to enter a new 6-digit PIN code. Tap Next when you finished entering you new PIN code.
- Your PIN code is now activated.
If you are using Auto PIN or Proximity Unlock
- Turn on your vehicle ignition (turn your key as far as you can without starting your engine).
- Start the iBlue Immobilizer app on your phone.
- After successful connection, tap Settings and select Device Settings.
- Tap on the Change PIN code button.
- Follow the steps above from Step 4.
