I’ve sent a shared key to someone. What should they do next?
First, make sure that the iBlue Smart Key app is compatible and installed on your guest’s phone.
Next, open the email on your guest’s phone. If their email address is not set up on their phone, simply forward the email to an email address that they can open on their phone.
Tap the attachment at the end of the email and select “Open in Smart Key”.
The Smart Key app will open automatically and your guest will see the shared key on their screen. Try to open the gate/door by swiping right on the key. Please note that the first time your guest uses their shared key, it might take a bit longer to connect to the iBlue Smart Gate device.
